I am licensed to practice law in New York; I have provided consulting services to other attorneys and law firms since 2019. I acquired varied experience as a remote and in-person law clerk and researcher for law firms from Westchester County to Clinton County, New York.
Having lived and worked in France, Switzerland, Canada, and the United States, I possess an international, multicultural experience, and complete command of French and English. My background in intelligence and investigations has equipped me with a critical mind, and outstanding investigative and research skills. I value honesty and candor, and I am dedicated to my clients.
I established my firm in Essex County, NY, and serve clients from Champlain to Southampton. I enjoy conducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda and briefs. I strive to identify why pleadings failed or succeeded by reviewing and analyzing judicial decisions.
My clients retain me to create complex trusts, formulate or review contracts, litigate, handle corporation matters, and draft appeals. In October 2022, my clients trust me with an array of matters that include: a divorce, land conveyance, creating irrevocable trusts with complex provisions to enable me, as Trustee, to amend the Grantor’s distribution scheme and beneficiaries as required and enable the Grantor to benefit from the Trust’s assets for tax purposes without the detriment of gross estate valuation, litigation involving claims of adverse possession, a rental car company overcharge, several family law matters involving custody and child support, litigation against the federal government, litigation against the NY Board of Education, and litigation against the City of New York, and several evictions and actions to recover unpaid rents.
